Speaker: Hon. Jennifer Phillips has returned to Independence and will be joining us to give practitioners a reminder of her courtroom do’s and don’ts as well as any courtroom policies she wants attorneys to know. She will be sharing the division’s procedures regarding how exhibits are to be submitted and there will be time for questions should attorneys have specific questions about her preferences.
